Big and Small Worlds

Duration 60min. without break

General informations:

We work with projection on a 4mx3m screen. The actors perform mainly in

the light of the beamer. So the beamer stands on the floor in a distance of

4,60m to the screen. Thus we need following conditions:

Black Box (the venue doesn´t have to be a theatre, but it must be

possible to completely darken it)

Electrical connection 230V/16A

Performing area minimum 6m x 5m (width x depth) depending on the way

of attachment of the screen

Height above stage level 3,10m

Sound system with XLR or RCA (cinch) input close to stage

2 spots from the side (streetlight), 1 spot for the visual artist, applause

light

Stage setting information:

If we go by car: We will bring: beamer, 2 iPads, cables, sound cables,

props, masks and puppets, professional screen 4mx3m.

Festival have to provide the light and sound, than we will need light

technician for running the lights ( pretty simple)

This needs to be clarified:

Attachment of the screen/ The screen must touch the floor!

Hanging - attachment to the ceiling or below

Standing – held by tripods from the back

Leaned - attached to a handrail or a parapet

If we go by airoplane: We will bring: beamer, 2 iPads + matching VGA

cables and adapters, 1 videomixer, props, masks and puppets

The festival must provide:

1. A 4x3 meter screen and its installation on the stage, touching the

ground, with space tor cables behind

2. A complete sound system. Minijack connection on the stage to our

phone, which we control directly on the stage

3. Control 2 spots from the side (streetlight), 1 spot for the visual artist,

applause light

Podium:

If seating is at ground level: podium - 80 cm high
